The e-Citizen programme mainly covers three main blocks of expertise:

Foundation Skills - necessary skills and knowledge for essential computer and
Internet use;

Information Search - makes candidates aware of the nature and extent of
information available on the Internet in the areas of news, government, consumer,
travel,education, training, employment, health, interest groups and business;

e-Participation - this block launches the candidate into the online world.
It completes the skills necessary for the candidate to become an e-Citizen.
