Who are we?

ICDL HK & Macau Ltd. was appointed in May, 2001 as the official Licensee of the ICDL programme and Approved Test Center in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR.

As the regional licensee, ICDL HK & Macau is responsible for the following areas:

To Test Centres:
Accrediting Test Centres according to the standards imposed by ECDL Foundation;
Providing Approved Test Centres (ATCs) with technical support;
Promoting ICDL concepts in HK SAR and Macau SAR;
Co-marketing with ATCs to raise the awareness of ICDL; and
Develop the basic digital skills of the society.

To Candidates:
Providing recruitment opportunities;
Issuing ICDL certificates.
