By providing continual high-quality business and technical support, ICDL HK & Macau is doing its utmost to seek sustainable development for our ATCs network to successfully operate the ICDL programme in the region.
Services available at all Accredited Test Centres ("ATC") include the following:
(1) ATC Administrator training and technical support;
(2) Training and technical support in using ACTIV Admin and Test system;
(3) Electronic monitoring of connectivity between your ATC and ICDL Test Webserver;
(4) Provide qualification service for ICDL Exam Invigilators (3-5 invigilators will be qualified annually);
(5) Provide FREE license for students' assessment and demo purpose;
(6) Regular technical audit of your ADMIN and Test system (site visit will be conducted every 6 months);
(7) Supply of marketing materials;
(8) Joint marketing programs.
