What does an ATC do?

A Test Center is responsible for implementing the ICDL tests and concepts as follows:

Implementing the ICDL products in line with the Quality Assurance Standards as
set out by ICDL HK & Macau;

Coopearting with and assisting ICDL HK & Macau in promoting and protecting the
ECDL/ICDL concept in the local market;

Cooperating with ICDL HK & Macau in regarding to their Quality Assurance audit
process;

Cooperating with ICDL HK & Macau in protecting the good name, goodwill,
reputation and image of ICDL/ECDL.
