The procedure can be summarized as follows:
1. Initial communications and enquiries
2. Dispatch of Application Package to applicant
3. Application Form completed and application submitted by applicant
4. Decision to proceed or not
5. Initial Audit arranged
6. On-site audit conducted
7. Decision to proceed or not
8. Approved Test Centre Agreement signed
9. Test centre formally approved and Approved Test Centre (ATC) Certificate granted
10. Test system installed in the test centre and operations commerce
